         What payment method do you accept?

  • We accept Payment via Shopify Merchant & PayPal. Payment can be made using Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

         Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes we do ship international.

         Do you ship to PO Boxes?

  •   Yes we do ship to PO Boxes.

         What shipping options do you offer and how much does it cost?

  • My Pet and I ships with (USPS) United States Postal Service. We offer Flat Rate Shipping both ways and delivery takes 2-5 days. We also ship with FedEx Internationally.

         How do I track my package?

  • A tracking number will be provided to you when your order is shipped. A tracking number can take a few hours to be updated. Track your shipment online at www.usps.com.

         How do I exchange a product I purchased?

  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase My Pet and I will correct the problem and return it to you free of charge. All returns must be made within 15 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after a 15 day period.

         How can I make a change to my order?

  • If somehow you made a mistake on your order or would just like to make a change, email us at info@mypetandi.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Include the order (if available) the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order and what you would like to change.

         Where can I find sizing information?

  • Sizing information are provided on the product pages.

         What if I have a back order?

  • At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If this happens you will be notified via email.

         Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

  • Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are unable to find your confirmation email there, you can then email My Pet and I at info@mypetandi.com with your information and we can confirm that the order was placed.

         What name will appear on my credit card bill?

  • The name on your credit card bill will be My Pet and I.

        Washing instructions

  • Machine wash cold then tumble dry on medium. All dark colors must be washed seperately. Use non-chlorine bleach if needed. Washing inside out will help preserve the designs. DO NOT IRON ON THE DESIGNS.
